FIT is finally over! Yay to no more presentations for the semester! And until another 9 months til presentation season starts again the semester after internship! But that means I will only be left with that semester to brush up my presentation skills. 2 out of 3 years into poly life and my presentation has not improved with experience and that is a pity… Hopefully internship will give me more confidence since I will be out of my comfort zone and not be a scaredy cat.
Today marks the end of my 2nd year in poly… Its been 2 years… time passes so quickly… It’s been a pleasure as our 2nd year was much more adventurous than the 1st. We went out so much and made so much memories in our 2nd year. Rachel, Nicole and I went to CCA together and we might have been busy and stressed over the new CCA life but we had so much experiences together. I knew much more of my friends and I am now more outgoing and sociable in the group. LOL so many of us have crushes this year and yall not shy to confess to all of us anymore. To be honest, I like us this year a lot. We are not the same 7 PRINCESSES we were in 1st year where we didn’t know much about each other. I am very happy that we are now more bonded and close to share secrets, share joy and also share woes.
Funny to think about it but I just realised this group of 7 is formed for our BMGT project no matter how much we disliked that project. Even our group chat was first named “BMGT Project” if I remember correctly. Bless the sky for putting all 7 of us in TA21 and somehow randomly forming this group for BMGT. It amazes me that a small act of allocation and choice really can affect your life.

We would not be the same 7 princesses. I can’t say if that ever happens, would it be better or worse. But I like us for what we are now. We went though so much choices and paths and we all somehow became part of this group. Are we destined? It might be a random allocation by the school but to the 7 of us, it’s something that formed us. If any of us made the tiniest change in choice, we would not be what we are now. We can so easily be broken apart but here we are. From a group of 7 strangers randomly formed with the same goal in mind to 7 close friends that became part of our everyday lives. Fate brings people together no matter how far apart they may be.

To the STEP cool girl of the group, you are not that cool lor HAHA. To think I had a lady crush on you in Year 1. But you are cute I guess? Cool at times when you do work and embarrassing when you and Vivian do weird stuff in public. Spoiled your image sia…
Had fun singing with you on SMULE! You are pretty, your rap is good, you sing well and you dance well as well… You can draw anime as well… What can you not do sia? TSK… Stop making people feel bad about themselves please HAHAHA. No ah jkjk I think you are quite admirable. FUTURE GOALS!
My first impression of you : HAHA My first friend in poly besides my BAOC friends. Sat next to you in the first tutorial. It was BCOMM haha and I was late looking for the location. You happened to be the one sitting alone and you LOOKED friendly. So I sat next to you. You were, however, very quiet (more than me) and it was super awkward… Asked her what her name was she replied very softly I couldn’t hear. I was quite lost after tutorial. New environment, alone with so much time to spare during break. So I followed Zenia after tutorial HAHA end up she realised I following her then she told me she meeting her friend or something. Then I am like “Err… okay..”. Like she very quiet and scary so I had this impression of her being stand-offish. But when we got to know each other better, she became very lively and embarrassing at times. She’s not as cool and distant I thought she’d be. Dancing in the middle of nowhere with Vivian OMG. Where’s your chill HAHA! Anyways, she was as fearful and shy on her first day that’s why she kinda seemed quiet and unapproachable then.
Devi:
To the sexy one in the group, thanks for sharing the same interest as me. Watching horror movies with you have been fun. It’s not everyday that I meet someone who’s as crazy over horror films like me! And you are such a good speaker. I really hope to learn from you. You are confident and a quick thinker who can think on the spot. You have my respect hahaha!
My first impression of you : The girl who said she liked Red? I wasn’t very close to you back then when we were still 2 separate groups. You were our CEO in our BMGT project. You took initiative in leading the group and you are like woahhhh the way you handled the project seemed like some legit CEO/business woman. Glad I found out you liked horror movies too! I remember we started talking outside project because of our common interest in horror movies.
Wish you luck in getting over the past. There’s this Chinese saying: “If the old things don’t go, the new won’t come”. Don’t waste your time over people who aren’t worth your time. Your love will come one day!

To the prettiest one in the group, thanks for being my friend! It’s been fun going to CCA and out with you before CCAs with you and Nicole! Thanks for making CCA fun and make me commit to Guitar Ensemble. TSK always taking selfie… HAHA it’s funny that you like self-obsessed but somehow that is the thing that is endearing about you. You are confident about your looks and you are not afraid to show it. HAHA and be more positive! What happened to your POSITIVE RACHEL plan of yours? You are also not afraid to show your feelings and you are able to stand out for yourself. You won’t let people take advantage of you and I think that is a brave and courageous thing that many people including myself cowardly can’t do.
Thanks for introducing me to Chinese songs HAHA got one period because of you I really into Chinese songs. And sing more~ Hope to sing with you more often! Let’s go sing K again! Chinese songs! I practiced already, waiting for us to go together with Nicole again!
My first impression of you : You are the 2nd friend I made in poly. In our 2nd tutorial, we sat next to each other and then went to eat Saizeriya at Bukit Timah Plaza after school. I thought you looked like my CCA junior, Clare a lot. Even my best friend in secondary school said you resemble Clare (Now not so because your jaw shape changed after you put braces).
JY! Hope you manage to get your guy! You are just a tiny step away. Don’t give up just like that! It’s sad to just give up without actually knowing if you really stand a chance. But like what Nicole said, I shouldn’t give you too much hope. If really not successful, you still have us~ As well as your probably lots of admirers will support you as well! At least you know for sure and you can move on, right? Err… you think about it ba… May it ever be in your favour. I’ll pray for you and Nicole!
Nicole:
To the moodmaker of the gang~ Friend, I wanna thank you for making this group so much more cheerful. You are always easy-going and non-judgemental (maybe you are at times la but you always remind yourself not to judge others and I like that mindset of yours). You make others feel good about themselves and you make people feel like entrusting their secrets to you because you are trustworthy and sincere.
You know what I hate and you made sure I wouldn’t feel stressed when it came to that. You wouldn’t force me for something I don’t like and told me that you will wait for the day I feel okay to tackle the problem. You are also straightforward with your thoughts. I dislike it when people are fake and don’t tell me if I had offended them and go around telling others about something I did not know I had done. But you are not that. I know you are not that kind of person. I can talk to you so comfortably because I know you aren’t like that. Thank you for being that friend of mine that I can trust on.
One thing though is you have such a cheerful disposition, people don’t know if you are upset, angry or stressed. My first thoughts of you are that you are the kind that will never be angry at people, happy-go-lucky, never feel stressed. You told me you can be pissed at times and I am like “You got to be kidding me… As if you would.” It took me so long… As I got to know you better, I found myself understanding that you are not just a smiley face with only feelings of happiness. You are a human, with feelings of anger, sadness and stress at times. But some people that don’t know you well enough won’t know and think they can use this to their advantage. When you are upset, make sure you are obvious enough. Don’t smile like there’s nothing. Don’t ever let people pretend they don’t know how you feel or ignore your feelings. It’s good to be cheerful but don’t ever let that be your weak point.

My first impression of you: I didn’t really talk to you in the first few weeks of poly. So I also don’t really know eh… The girl who liked pink? HAHA during tutorials when they ask us to introduce ourselves I remember some girl keep saying she like pink, even the bag also bright pink. I think it was only when we got together for BMGT project I started to talk to you a little more. And when we were in the same S&W class in the 2nd semester, I start to feel super close to you. Then you joined me for CCA since our 3rd semester with Rachel…. HAHA BESTIE~
HAHAHA Nicole! I’ll pray for you and *inserts NAME THAT ONLY THE 7 OF US KNOW* every night! And when you and him get together, don’t forget to thank me! I’ll miss you!

To the most sociable person among all of us! Lyka~ Thanks for being such a cutie and peace maker. Wanna hug you right now… Now that I think about it I never heard you complain about anyone else before. You are a very nice person and you make me feel very comfortable with you. You care about your friends and you don’t leave anyone out. Super sociable HAHA and popular sia! You can talk to strangers somehow without feeling awkward at all. You also have high EQ. I always notice that when you introduce me to your family and friends, you will do a very proper introduction and help ease the awkwardness between us with you being the middleman. Thank you for being that friend that cares for other people’s feelings and tries her best not to hurt others in any way. You will also help anyone regardless what the person did to you. I think that is what I liked about you. You are damn nice…

My first impression of you : I also do not really know since we weren’t really together in the first couple of weeks. But I know of you as the girl from the Philippines who speaks in perfect Singlish accent. Oh! And the girl who loves purple that her many of her stuff were purple in colour and even her username had the word purple in it. You were the leader besides Devi during our BMGT project discussions because you will always bring us together and make things organised.
But just like Nicole, don’t smile even when you are upset. Make sure your emotions are known or else people will just think you are always happy and will never care about how you feel. Just like how you care about people’s feelings, I hope people will care for yours as well.

You are a very straightforward person. You will totally voice out your opinions if you don’t like it. You will trash out with the person when you are offended. You have this sense of justice. It might not even be your problem but you will help us out when we needed it.
I still remember got this time HAHA I actually went to ask the Tax teacher question after my BCOMM impromptu speech about clarifying doubts whether it’s a stupid question anot. You were beside me and you then said something along the lines of “See. Ask questions is not that tough.” I know it’s actually nothing but I don’t know why I felt encouraged by what you said. Thanks~
My first impression of you : You were my 3rd friend I made after Zenia and Rachel. I still remember Rachel and me were partners in the 2nd tutorial then you were near us so we joined you. Then we were 3 for the whole of 2nd week until BMGT project started then we joined Lyka, Nicole, Devi and Zenia. HAHA I first thought you very shy that’s why you very quiet and soft. But now I know… NOW I KNOW… You are the total opposite sia HAHA. Now then I know you can be shy when you just meet someone but after a while, you’ll be warmer with that person. So I guess we melted your icy exterior of a heart~ Then we went to Korean Diploma Plus classes together for first semester and current as well. Pro in Korean sia… Still want to converse in Korean also HAHA I not as good as you la.

So I am finally home! I still couldn’t upload any photos to the WordPress Media Library at all. I found out that I used up 3GB of the space given to me. Sigh… So I had to add photos by URL. I considered deleting the photos I already attatched to the posts, in the media library. But that would mean deleting the URL WordPress created when I upload photos into the media library and hence, photos on my blog would be broken.
So I found out I can use Photobucket to upload these photos and get URL links for them. Then I paste these links to add photos to my blog. That would be quite troublesome as I had to save these photos to Dropbox from my phone and then download them from Dropbox in my computer. I will then upload these photos to photobucket and add the links of the photos one by one to the blog post. Not to mention my internet always hang recently. Maybe I will just blog when I really have time… Otherwise, I will have to delay the posts like this one.
Another way is to upload these photos to Twitter from my phone and those photos have a URL link. I will use this when I have only a few photos to upload and that they look nice to be posted on Twitter HAHA. Or I can go to Tinypic to upload one by one. At least that doesn’t use up my limited storage space on Photobucket.
Went to Seletar Mall with mom to get CNY stuff from NTUC supermarket. Bought so many food… My mom oddly suggested that we buy the mandoo we saw in the frozen section. I thought my mom don’t like processed food LOL but oh well just try! Never tried Korean dumplings before anyway.
We then had Macs for supper with my dad! Went back super late around 12am at night… Sleepyyyyyyy~~~
